It addresses linen garments, whether tzitzit are affixed, and whether a blind person is obligated to wear tzitzit. It also covers whether it is permissible to wear tzitzit at night without reciting a blessing and whether a blessing is recited when affixing tzitzit. Finally, it addresses whether it is permissible to enter the bathroom with tzitzit and whether a tallit with tzitzit can be sold to a non-Jew.
