This is the second book of the Mishneh Torah of the Rambam, Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon. Laws of Blessings.\n
This chapter explains whether the blessing should be recited after meals in the place where the meal was eaten, and whether it should be recited while walking. It addresses those who are unsure if they recited the blessing after meals or if they forgot to recite the blessing before meals. It covers those who were eating in one house and went to another to finish their meal, companions who were eating and went outside to meet a bride and groom, whether the blessing over the bread should be excluded from the accompanying food, those who decided to stop eating and then changed their minds, the law of two who said, "Let's give a blessing," what wine is blessed for ("He who is good and shows kindness to others"), whether the blessing should be recited over something that was not in front of them or that fell from their hand into the sea, those who are standing before a stream of water and reciting a blessing, foods that are served within a meal, and those who recite the blessing over wine before a meal, whether the blessing over wine should be excluded after the blessing over the bread. \n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n
