And so the debate between philosophy and Torah continued for many centuries. Step by step, man described and explained everything he saw, until he left no room for miracles, prophecy, divine providence, for God.<\/p>\n
Then the fountains of wisdom opened for humanity and we peered into the mysteries of the atom, the energy fields, the black holes in space.<\/p>\n
Suddenly, the universe became an amazing place again. Suddenly, we discovered that existence itself couldn't truly be described or explained. In reality, the greatest mystery is that everything exists at all.<\/p>\n
Today it's acceptable to believe in the supernatural, because the "Laws of Nature" have been dethroned. There's no reason to deny free will, because the iron chain of Cause and Effect has loosened. Today, once again, scientists speak of the unity of the cosmos and its inner Consciousness.<\/p>\n
Today, if someone tells you that science has all the answers, you reply that yes, it does.
