Even when it takes on a material form, in human form, the imprint of that connection remains. It is this connection that pulls it incessantly upward, yearning to return, like a magnet drawing it back to its lost other half. The entire human soul&#039;s quest is an outward expression of this dynamic, this thirst for return.<\/p>\n<p>However innate that longing may be, it must nevertheless be awakened. The soul must first realize that it is far removed. The return, with all its strength and passion, is found, then, in the soul that strayed from its true self and then awoke to recognize that it is lost.<\/p>\n<p>Everything has a reason for being. Because the soul is God&#039;s fishing net.
