Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 glass of sugar
1\/2 cup of oil (not olive oil)
1 Yogurt
Zest of 1 Lemon
300 gr. of Flour
2 teaspoons of Royal
5 or 6 Apples<\/p>\n
Procedure:<\/p>\n
Beat everything together by hand except the apples. After beating very well, you will need a rectangular baking dish of 30 x 25 centimeters.<\/p>\n
Put margarine or butter in the dish and on top a little sugar with cinnamon, distribute it well throughout the dish, put half of the batter in and leave the other half for the end.<\/p>\n
Peel the apples and cut them into wedges of the desired size. Place half of the apple wedges on top of the smoothie in the dish, then add the other half of the smoothie, and finally top with the remaining apple wedges.
Important: Using a spatula or knife, mash the apples in the middle of the batter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top.<\/p>\n
Put in the oven at 170\u00b0C for 20 or 25 minutes until it is nicely browned on top.<\/p>\n
Before taking it out, insert the tip of a knife and if it comes out dry it's ready.<\/p>\n
