The word Tehillim comes from the word Tehilá, which means praise. Tehillim, or more commonly Psalms, are the hymns of praise written (mostly) by King David.
However, this is not limited to praising God; it has a very special power. There are many stories about the power of reading Psalms, and it is recommended to do so on many occasions, such as after the morning prayer, on a wedding day, when a person is ill, when facing a difficult trial in life, and so on.

Sepan que los Tehilím destrozan todas las barreras y se remontan cada vez más alto, sin interferencia, postrándose ante al Amo de todo, y producen benevolencia y misericordias».
Bearing this in mind (and entering a holiday season, where people generally have more time) I propose forming a Tehillim group, where each participant can recite some psalms for the general well-being of the Jewish people, bringing positive energy to the world in general and, in addition, where each one can recite psalms to help others, as far as possible, in their difficult situations both spiritual and material.
It's as simple as registering (by clicking here) on the new Tehillim Club forum and writing the names of those who need help. Of course, just as we ask that Tehillim be read for our loved ones, the idea is that we also read for the loved ones of others!.
It's very simple: before reciting (at least one chapter), we say that we are going to do it in honor of so-and-so, so-and-so, and so-and-so, and we recite.
Chapters 20, 23, 121, and 150 are appropriate, but it is always important to know that they all have equal power.
