Summary of parashat Vezot Habrakha
This parashah recounts how Moses ascended Mount Nebo, from where he saw the Promised Land. And Moses, the servant of God, died there in the Land of Moab at God's command...and no one knows his burial place to this day. The Torah concludes by mentioning that "Since then there has been no prophet like Moses in Israel, whom God knew face to face...and with the mighty hand and the great and awesome deeds that Moses performed before the eyes of all Israel.""
