The Torah tells us that to purify a person who had been impure with tzaráat He had to be "brought to the Cohen.".

The Torah is precise. The verse does not say that the defiled person should "go to the Cohen" or "go to the Cohen," but rather that "he shall be brought to the Cohen.".

From this we can learn that when we see someone who needs help, we shouldn't wait for that person to approach someone who can help them, but we should do everything possible to reach out to them, advise them, and guide them on the right path to solve their problem.
