This is the second book of the Mishneh Torah of the Rambam, Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon. Laws of Tefillah.
This chapter explains that there are eight things that disrupt prayer and that the one praying should be careful of them. It explains why the person who finishes the prayer greets the left first, where to prostrate, and how to prostrate or kneel. It also covers bowing one's face (Tachanun), who does it, and when.
