This is the second book of the Mishneh Torah of the Rambam, Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon. Laws of Tzitzit.
This chapter explains which garments a man is obligated to affix tzitzit to according to the Torah, how many points a garment must have to be obligated to affix tzitzit, whether it is cloth garments with leather points or vice versa, and whether it is a garment made by two partners and if tzitzit of the same material as the garment is required. It addresses linen garments, whether tzitzit are affixed, and whether a blind person is obligated to wear tzitzit. It also covers whether it is permissible to wear tzitzit at night without reciting a blessing and whether a blessing is recited when affixing tzitzit. Finally, it addresses whether it is permissible to enter the bathroom with tzitzit and whether a tallit with tzitzit can be sold to a non-Jew. Finally, it covers who is obligated to perform the mitzvah of tzitzit and whether it is an obligation of the man (or of the garment).
