This is the second book of the Mishneh Torah of the Rambam, Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon. Laws of Tzitzit.
This chapter explains what the color Techelet is, how Tzitzit are dyed, and whether dyeing is required for the sake of the mitzvah. It covers whether a garment was dyed with one of the dark colors and how to check for it. It addresses businesses considered suitable for selling Techelet, who deposits Techelet with a non-Jew, who finds Techelet in the market, and who deposits a garment with Tzitzit with a non-Jew. It also covers a Tallit that was entirely red or entirely Techelet-colored.
