Carrot cake

Ingredients

5 eggs

1 cup of water

1 cup of orange juice

1 1/2 cups of oil

3 cups of grated carrot

1kg of flour

4 cups of sugar

50g Royal powder

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a mixer until a smooth batter forms. Pour into an oiled baking pan and bake in a moderate oven. The cake is ready when a fork inserted into the center comes out clean.
