The Rebbe describes the following as the central teaching of the Baal Shem Tov:
Not only the pirouettes of a leaf falling from a tree or the rustling of grass in the wind, but every detail of existence is created, given life, and directed every moment from Above. Moreover, every matter is an essential component of a grand and Divine scheme. Every moment burns with the pulse of God's will.
Meditate on this, and then think:
Even more so, every detail of my daily life...
