In reality, there is only one difference between Matzah and Chametz.

Both are made with flour and water, both are baked in an oven, and both provide nutrition.

But one remains neat and humble, while the other fills with hot air and inflates.

That's why matzah is the key ingredient for leaving our personal Egypt: as long as we're filled with the delusions of self-sufficiency, there's no path to growth. Once we humble ourselves, we can overcome any barrier and break through any cloud.
