This is a chassidic discourse by the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of the year 1984. In this discourse the Rebbe gives a deep explanation of the difference between Abraham before circumcising and after the circumcision. The kindness of God being revealed to anyone vs. being directed. The Rebbe applies this ideas to explain what's the inner drive of a non-Jew to convert to Judaism.
