Eisav said, "I have a lot.".
Jacob said, "I have everything." Like, "Everything I need.".

Eisav had a family of 6, they are called "souls". In the plural.

Jacob had a family of 70, they are called "soul". In the singular.

Eisav lived in a granular and fragmented world where many things and many people were mixed together. A noisy world.

Jacob lived in a singular universe in which everything he encountered was merely a manifestation of essential oneness.
Wherever he was, he had everything.
