Pain is real. Fear is not real.
The pain is real because we are not where we belong; nothing is in its place. It is called exile, and therefore, there is pain. It is the anguish of being in the wrong place that elevates us, beyond this place.
Fear is not real, because no matter where we are, our God is still with us.
The only fear we should have is that we will no longer feel the pain.
